In this recipe, we combine the rich flavour of verjus blanc with sweet agave, topping with our light and low-calorie Rhubarb & Cardamom Crafted Soda.

INGREDIENTS

60ml verjus blanc
15ml agave syrup
London Essence Rhubarb & Cardamom Crafted Soda

METHOD

Add several pieces of cubed ice to a chilled highball glass, and pour over 60ml of quality verjus blanc. Next, add a generous glug of agave syrup for that delicious bittersweet contrast, and top up to taste with London Essence Rhubarb & Cardamom Crafted Soda. For an elegant finishing touch, garnish your Verjus Soda with a strip of lemon zest.
