75ml South African pinotage red wine
75ml London Essence Original Indian Tonic Water

METHOD

In a wine glass add a few cubes of ice. Next, pour over equal parts South African pinotage red wine and London Essence Original Indian Tonic Water. Gently stir to blend the flavours and garnish with a sprig of thyme and slice of lemon.
