35ml premium vodka

Measure all of your ingredients - except the soda - into a cocktail shaker, and shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain the liquid over large ice cubes into a chilled wine glass. Top up with London Essence Roasted Pineapple Crafted Soda, and garnish with a sprig of fresh basil for a fragrant finish.
You can create your very own ginseng tea syrup by adding 50g of dried ginseng tea to 50cl of sugar syrup. Leave this to infuse for 24 hours, and then strain.
