INGREDIENTS

35ml 100% agave blanco tequila
30ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
15ml lime juice
10ml agave syrup
1.5 mugs of cubed ice

METHOD

Add cubed ice, blanco tequila, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup to a blender, before blitzing until smooth. Pour the mixture into a chilled lowball glass, then top up with London Essence Grapefruit & Rosemary Tonic Water.
