INGREDIENTS

15ml Strawberry Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
5ml Balsamic Vinegar
100ml London Essence Blood Orange & Elderflower Tonic

Lemon Twist or Elderflower when in season

METHOD

In a highball glass, pour in all of the ingredients, except the tonic. Stir until well mixed. Add cubed ice and top with London Essence Blood Orange & Elderflower tonic water.
