15ml Sieved Tomato (Passata)
10ml Melon Syrup
5ml Verjus
5ml Cider Vinegar
100ml LE Pomelo & Pink Pepper Tonic
2 dashes Maggi
2 dashes Worcester Sauce
2 dashes Hot Sauce

METHOD
Pour passata, melon syrup and lemon juice into a highball glass. Stir with spoon until well mixed. Add ice and top with London Essence Pomelo and Pink Pepper Tonic. Add dashes of Worcester, Maggi and hot sauce to taste.
