15ml peppermint syrup
3 dashes of rose water
30ml pink grapefruit juice
London Essence Pomelo & Pink Pepper Tonic Water

METHOD
Place all of the ingredients – bar the tonic – into a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain the liquid over large ice cubes into a chilled coupette glass, and finish with a generous glug of London Essence Pomelo & Pink Pepper Tonic Water. Lastly, give your glass of Virgin Daiquiri an elegant final touch by garnishing with a fresh rose petal.
