INGREDIENTS

1.2 oz vodka
0.5 oz lime juice
London Essence Spiced Ginger Beer

METHOD

Add several cubes of ice to a chilled highball glass and pour over 1.2 oz of your favorite premium vodka. Next, stir through a generous glug of freshly squeezed lime juice for a citrusy lift, before finishing with London Essence Spiced Ginger Beer. Garnish with a strip of lime zest or a pinch of mint leaves for a stylish final touch.
