INGREDIENTS
35ml (1.18 oz) premium tequila blanco, infused with rosemary and chili
25ml (.85 oz) lime juice
20ml (.68 oz) agave syrup
3 dashes saline solution

METHOD
Take all your ingredients except the soda, place them in a cocktail shaker, and shake hard for 10 seconds. Next, double strain the liquid over several large ice cubes in a chilled highball glass. Finish off by topping with London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Crafted Soda, and garnishing with a single sprig of fresh rosemary.
Create your own tequila infusion at home by adding 1 halved chili and 3 rosemary sprigs to a 700ml bottle of your favorite tequila. Leave this to infuse for at least 24 hours before straining.
