INGREDIENTS
1.5 tablespoon Celery Juice
2 teaspoons Verjus
1 tablespoon Pineapple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
3.5 fl oz LE Pink Grapefruit Soda
GLASS
Highball

Rim of salt or celery twist
METHOD
In a highball glass, pour in all of the ingredients, except the soda. Stir until well mixed. Add cubed ice and top with London Essence Pink Grapefruit Soda.
