To invoke this calming feeling, our Amethyst inspired cocktail utilises lavender – a flower long associated with tranquillity. This floral top note is balanced with jammy and juicy undertones.

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon Apricot Juice
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Lavender Syrup
3.5 fl oz LE White Peach & Jasmine Soda (or alternatively London Essence Lemonade)

METHOD

For an exquisite lavender sunset effect, fill a highball glass with ice, pour all ingredients in density order: lavender syrup, apricot juice and lemon juice, finishing the drink with your choice of either London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Soda.
