METHOD
Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice – cubed or crushed both work well. Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice and a dash of mint syrup. Top up with London Essence Delicate Ginger Ale and stir well. Garnish with lime zest or fresh mint leaves for a decadent finish.
