25ml seasonal fruit purée

METHOD

Take a chilled champagne flute and add 25ml of seasonal fruit purée – we recommend peach for a traditional take, or passionfruit for a more tropical twist. Now top up with London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Crafted Soda, leaving room to garnish with a curl of lemon zest, for a final flourish of citrus.
