15ml lemon juice
100ml London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Crafted Soda

METHOD
Add a generous amount of cubed ice to a chilled highball glass, then pour in your gin of choice. Next, add a dash of lychee syrup from the tin and a squeeze of lemon juice, before topping up with London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Crafted Soda. Stir well before garnishing with a few basil leaves –we recommend the Thai variety, if available.
