METHOD
Add a generous handful of large ice cubes into a chilled balloon glass. Pour over a single measure of premium gin, followed by the freshly squeezed clementine juice. Top up with London Essence Indian Tonic Water and stir well to infuse the flavours. Garnish with a twist of clementine zest and a sprig of fresh lemon thyme for a beautifully fragrant finish.
