VERMOUTH & TONIC

Often enjoyed after dinner as a digestif, Italian bitters makes a great base for our Vermouth & Tonic cocktail. Its herbal tones pair perfectly with the botanical flavours of vermouth, which are then elevated by the subtle bittersweet notes of London Essence Original Indian Tonic Water.

INGREDIENTS

15ml Italian bitters
5ml red vermouth  
London Essence Original Indian Tonic Water

GLASS

Highball

GARNISH

Orange zest

METHOD

Put plenty of cubed ice into a chilled highball glass. Next, add Italian bitters and a dash of red vermouth. Top up with London Essence Original Indian Tonic Water, to your taste. Stir well before garnishing with a curl of Orange zest.
